I officially left Microsoft at the end of 2020. I've been a full-time Microsoft employee since October 2013. I moved to Redmond to work at the main campus (I do Windows dev stuff now) in August 2015. I've wanted to work for Microsoft pretty much my entire life (or since I was old enough to care who I worked for, at least), so this is pretty exciting. On the other hand, my employment with Microsoft does have an impact on what I talk about and how I talk about it. Please be aware that this blog is not an official communications channel for the company. My opinions here are my own and do not represent Microsoft or its employees. My job does expose me to a LOT of Microsoft products and partners, and since I'm a human being, that's going to impact how I look at technology and how technology fits into my life. Please just keep that in mind as you peruse my writings. If you have any questions or concerns with any of the content of this blog, feel free to contact me (my name at this domain).
